Tatar sour cream


Ingredients for making Tatar sour cream

For the test:

  1. Flour (wheat premium) 2 cups
  2. Sugar 1 tablespoon
  3. Yeast (dry) 1 teaspoon

Preparation of Tatar sour cream:

Step 1: Cook the dough.

Sift the flour into a bowl through a fine sieve, add dry yeast, soda, salt, sugar. Mix. In a separate bowl, beat the egg with milk with a fork. Add to the flour, and pour a little more vegetable oil. Knead the dough, from which we roll the ball and put it in a warm place, for about 1 hour.

Step 2: Prepare the filling.

While the dough rises, we can do the cooking of the filling. To do this, in a shallow bowl with a mixer, beat the eggs with sugar, gradually adding sour cream. Beat until sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 3: Cook the Tatar sour cream.

We set the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Take a baking dish and cover it with parchment paper. We take out the dough from a warm place, knead a little more, roll it into a circle, and put it into a mold so that the edges hang from it. Pour the filling on top of the dough, and clamp the edges. Put the pie in the oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees.

Step 4: I will serve the Tatar sour cream.

As soon as the cake is baked, take it out and cool. Then we take it out of the form, cut it into portions, brew fragrant tea and call the household to the table. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you do not have parchment paper, you can simply grease the form with a piece of butter and lightly sprinkle flour on top.

- - If you don’t have milk at home, it’s okay, you can knead the dough without it. To do this, simply dilute the yeast in warm water and gently pour into the flour.

- - It is better to take sour cream denser.

- - Vanilla sugar can be added to the dough.
