I cleaned the vegetables, washed them and chopped them with the robot. I only hardened a little onion, carrot, parsley root, celery and red pepper. I filled it with a little water and suffocated them. In the meantime I made minced meatballs, onion, rice, carrot, a little broth. I added hot water over the vegetables and I added the meatballs. Towards the end I added a handful of rice. When the vegetables, meatballs and rice were cooked, I added diced canned tomatoes and tomato juice. At the end I added the hot borscht, boiled it again, turned off the heat and added the green parsley and larch.
