Cooking appetizer roll "Tyap-lyap":

Step 1: Bake the cake rolls.

Cut olives in circles. Rinse the dill in water and chop it very finely. You can also chop greens with a blender. Most importantly, it should be very shallow in the end. Break the eggs into a bowl, salt a little and pepper them. Beat thoroughly with a whisk or mixer. Next, add flour, starch and mayonnaise and beat the mass well again until a light foam forms on the surface of the eggs. In a deep plate, mix 5 tbsp. tablespoons of our batter with chopped herbs. We cover the baking sheet with parchment for baking, pour the dough on it and with a spoon evenly distribute it over the entire surface. In a chaotic manner, put the rings of olives in the dough, and between them spread the greens mixed with the egg mass with a spoon. The result will be such a simple pattern, which is inherent in the roll "Tyap-blunder." Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. We send a baking sheet with dough into it and bake the cake for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.

Step 2: Prepare the filling.

Fillet of salted red fish must be washed and cut into small slices. Sprinkle them with lemon juice and let it brew for several minutes. If you decide to use salted herring as the filling for the roll, then we will deal with it in a slightly different way. First you need to rinse and clean it. First, we cut off the head and tail with a sharp knife, then we open the abdomen and take out all the internal organs. After that, we rinse the carcass again, both outside and inside. Next, we cut in the fins and make a through cut along the ridge line. Thereby we divide it into 2 halves. Now carefully take out the ridge and all the bones. This can be done with your fingers or with a knife or even tweezers. Feel all herring fillets, not a single bone should remain in it. Next, remove the skin: for this, it is necessary to hook it with a knife on the edge and pull it well. With recently salted fish, the skin will come off extremely easily. Cut the herring fillet into pieces and grind it with butter in a blender. Herring roll dressing is ready.

Step 3: We form a snack roll.

We take the baked cakes out of the oven and spread them with butter on the side that was directly on the baking sheet while still hot. Next, lay out the pieces of red fish in butter and turn the egg cakes into a roll. If you use herring filling, then we smear it with a plentiful uniform layer and turn the roll. Now it needs to be cooled well. To do this, put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

Step 4: Serve the Tyap-Blunder snack roll.

At the end of the set period, we take the roll out of the refrigerator, cut it with a sharp knife into portion pieces and put it on the dish. Garnish with herbs, lemon slices and olives. Serve on the table as an original and spicy appetizer. If the sliced ​​pieces do not hold their shape and disintegrate, then they can be chopped off with toothpicks, thus bonding. Good appetite!

- - If you want to make such a roll especially special and even a little gourmet, then as a filling you can use red caviar evenly distributed on butter.
