Cheese and meat chopped beef steak


Ingredients for the preparation of cheese and meat chopped beef steak

Inventory:

cutting board, meat grinder (food processor), knife, bowl, frying pan (or stewpan, do not use an iron or cast-iron frying pan)

Cooking cheese and meat chopped beef steak:

Step 1: Chop the beef.

Rinse a piece of beef pulp (boneless) in cold water. Put the beef meat on a cutting board, cut into large pieces and pass through a meat grinder (or through a food processor).

Step 2: Mix beef with egg and seasonings.

Meanwhile, cut the cheese into thin slices. Peel the onion, wash, cut into rings. Break the egg, while separating the yolk from the protein. To prepare the steak, you only need the yolk. Put the protein in a separate bowl, and mix the yolk with chopped beef, chopped onions and vegetable oil. Add black ground pepper and salt to the mass. Stir the whole beef mixture.

Step 3: Make the cheese cakes.

Making cakes. From the mass with beef, mold several flat cakes of the same shape and a thickness of 1-2 cm. Now put a slice of cheese on one of the flat cakes, and cover with a second flat cake on top. Do these steps with each of the cakes.

Step 4: Fry the steaks.

Put a frying pan on a fire and heat a piece of butter on it. After half a minute, put the beef cakes in the pan and fry them for 4 minutes over high heat. Then turn and fry for another 3-4 minutes. Follow these steps with all the cakes. The steaks are ready. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you want the steak to be soft and juicy, then use sirloin or marginal occipital clippings to prepare it. The meat should be stale 3-4 days. At the same time, there should be very little oil for frying, so that the bottom of the pan does not dry out.

- - The pan for cooking the steak should be thin and matured, for the best taste of the product. Do not use an iron or cast iron pan for frying. Better take a stewpan.

- - The frying should take place taking into account the features of the desired dish. Some love a steak with blood, others don't. Therefore, decide how much it is necessary to fry it. At any choice, the steak is cooked for at least 7 minutes.

- - The steak must be served immediately, as it is cooked. It is advisable to serve it on a hot dish.

- - Eat ready-made cheese and meat chopped beef steak with your favorite sauce.
