Ingredients for Cooking Sorcerers

Cooking "Sorcerers":

Step 1: Separate the protein from the yolk.

After washing, separate the egg into protein and yolk using an egg separator. Set it on a glass, break one egg into it and wait until the protein flows down, then quickly transfer the yolk to another dish (we only need protein for the stuffing).

Step 2: Step 2: Prepare the chicken.

Defrost chicken fillet naturally (i.e. not using a microwave or stove). Then wash it in cold water, cut the white veins, and chop the meat into small pieces about 1 - 2 cm in size. It needs to be salted, pepper, add egg white and stir well.

Peel the carrots and potatoes, wash and grate with a grater, stir, then squeeze and drain the resulting juice. Sprinkle vegetables with starch, break an egg, salt and stir again until a relatively homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 4: Step 4: Blind the "sorcerers".

From the vegetable mass, you need to mold a ball the size of a palm, in the middle make a recess in which you should put about 1 tablespoon of minced meat. Wrap the meat in a vegetable mass so that it is inside.

Step 5: Step 5: Fry unusual cutlets.

A large frying pan with thick walls must be heated on high heat, then the fire is reduced, pour vegetable oil and heat it a little. Raw "sorcerers" are placed on a frying pan ready for frying, fry until the fork pierces the meat well.

Step 6: Step 6: Serve the "sorcerers".

This dish is eaten hot or cold. Ready-made “sorcerers” are beautifully laid out on a round (flat) or any other form serving dish. Cutlets, if desired, can be decorated with carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes, as well as lettuce, chopped with stars or circles. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you want the sorcerers to turn out smooth, grate the potatoes on a fine grater, if on a coarse grater - they will be more crispy and fried.

- - Sorcerers may turn black during roasting. To avoid this, add sour cream (1 spoon) to the potatoes.

- - Sorcerers will get a special taste if lemon juice is added to the minced meat.
