Spicy chicken breast pens - Philips Multicooker

The pictures are not great. I wasn't even going to post the recipe. I just wanted something quick to serve. But it was so good I can't tell you! Unfortunately, I didn't have anything green to color the plate nicely :( But I colored it, in the end, with a semi-dry red wine!: P Dowry Murfatlar. Now let the specialist tell me if it fits! If not, that's it He drank and I liked it!

  • 300 g penne
  • a small chicken breast (boneless)
  • 200 ml of tomato juice
  • a few cloves of garlic
  • a large tomato well cooked
  • a suitable yellow onion
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • fresh parsley or basil (I had dried)
  • spices to taste: salt, oregano, basil and chili flakes (a teaspoon)

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Spicy penne with chicken breast - Philips Multicooker:

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and fry it in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. We set the FRY function in the MENU for 30 minutes. In the meantime, I scalded the penne pasta, so as not to wait too long. When the chicken breast is lightly browned (about 15 minutes are enough) add the diced tomatoes, garlic and julienned onion, season to taste and let them cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the penne pasta and the tomato juice, mix gently (I exaggerated a bit and the pasta was crushed) and let the Multicooker finish the program for which it was set. To be honest, I'm crazy! Especially if you like spicy food.

Good appetite!
