Ingredients for making a Pisco Sour cocktail
- Pisco grape vodka 60 ml (Pisco brandy or Pisco brandy can be used)
- sugar syrup 35 ml
- egg white 1 pc
- lime juice 30 ml
- ice to taste

Making a Pisco Sour Cocktail:
Step 1: Prepare a cocktail.Take a shaker and shake the ingredients well: pisco, syrup, lime juice and egg white. Then add ice and shake a couple more times intensively enough to make a beautiful foam. This method of shaking is called a “dry shake”, without it you just won’t get a soft and high foam.
Step 2: Serve.On a high foam, add a couple of drops of Angostur bitter - this will decorate your cocktail and eliminate the smell of fresh protein. This fantastic drink has a soft, sweet and sour nutmeg taste and has a silk texture. Good appetite!
