A spectacular dessert that caught my eye from how I saw it at Deyutzky. : x A combination of croissants and muffins.
I must mention that I armed myself with a lot of patience to reach this result.
For the training mode, I recommend you to watch the video. It's hard to exemplify. I didn't understand at first either.
PS. In terms of taste with walnuts and a little cinnamon, it has a demented taste like kurtos kalacs.

  • 300 g flour
  • 7 g dry yeast
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 100 g ground walnuts
  • 50 g butter for the dough
  • 70-100 g butter for spreading sheets
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • powdered sugar

RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert cruffins stuffed with walnuts:

I put flour in a large bowl.
In the middle, I made a hole and put warm milk, a teaspoon of sugar and dry yeast.
I mixed a little.
I left it in a warm place for 10 minutes with the bowl covered until the yeast started to swell.
I then added powdered sugar, mixed.
I added salt.
Then I added the soft butter.
I started to shake.
After the dough became non-sticky, I covered the bowl with foil and left it in a warm place for about 1 hour.
I sprinkled some flour on the worktop and turned the dough upside down.
I divided the dough into 6 equal balls and covered them with foil.
After 15 minutes I spread a thin rectangular sheet from each ball.
I greased with butter and ground walnuts on top. I rolled.
I cut each roll along and rolled the cut side out.
I lined the tray with butter and flour.
I placed the resulting spirals in shapes. I covered them with foil.
I let it rise a little while I heated the oven to 180 ° C.
I put the tray in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
I took them out of the pan, let them cool a bit, powdered them and served them immediately.
