Caramelized carrots in the oven

I'm not a fan of carrots but what came out was very good.

  • 700 g carrots
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • coarse salt
  • ground pepper
  • dried thyme

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Caramelized carrots in the oven:

Carrots are chosen thin or cut in two or four if they are large.

Peel the carrots and garlic.

Put the carrots and garlic cloves in a pan.

Sprinkle with oil and vinegar and sprinkle with salt, pepper, thyme and sugar.

Mix well to be all greased.

Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

They turn a few times to caramelize on all sides.

Remove to a plate and serve.
