Making a sandwich tower:

Step 1: Cooking toasts.

In general, this is not necessary. But! Our tower involves sandwiches with filling, which can soak an adjacent piece of bread too. From this we will save ourselves with lettuce, but also to fry the bread, although not all, I would advise you. This will also allow you to experiment with the tastes of the future tower. You can cut bread for a tower from sandwiches yourself or buy ready-made. To toast it, use a toaster. Or you can fry the bread in a pan with a little butter, or bake in the oven. And you can combine several options at once.

Step 2: Prepare the ingredients for the sandwich tower.

In a frying pan, oiled, fry a simple omelet from a pair of eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Beat the ingredients before frying with a fork or whisk. The finished omelet is cooled and cut into pieces-squares in the shape of bread, or less. Rub cheese on a fine grater, squeeze garlic cloves to it and season with mayonnaise. Mix well - a homogeneous mass is obtained, which we will also use. We wash the vegetables, dry them with paper towels and cut thinly and accurately into circles. Tomatoes are better to buy "Cream" varieties - they are more convenient to cut, because the juice does not spatter. It remains only to open jars of paste, sprats and olives and begin cooking.

Step 3: Prepare the sandwich tower.

There will be several towers, since one tower of all these ingredients will be very unstable. First, take 2 slices of bread or toast and grease them with a paste - these will be the first two turrets. On top we put an omelet on each square, then a circle of tomato, a couple of lettuce leaves. Add one more slice of toast, grease them with mayonnaise, and then put a slice of ham, cheese, a cucumber and half an olive (pitted, of course). Now let's repeat the same thing! So, we get 2 towers of sandwiches, 4 pieces of bread in each. Ready towers need to be fastened with skewers for sandwiches so that they do not fall apart. We will do the following 2 towers as follows - we grease slices of toasts with a cheese-garlic mass, put out circles of tomatoes and sprats. Cover them with lettuce, and add a slice of cheese, cucumber and ham upstairs. Add the next piece of toast and repeat the process. Sandwich Towers Ready!

Step 4: Serve the sandwich towers.

Ready towers are placed on a wide flat dish decorated with lettuce. Sandwich towers decorate your party table. They will rise above other snacks and will surely attract the attention of your guests. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - The ingredients are optional, so you can change them to your liking.

- - The top of the tower can be decorated with a slice of cheese, having previously cut an interesting shape out of it with a cookie cutter.

- - It is better to choose the filling for sandwiches dry so that one sandwich does not spoil the taste of the other.
