I took advantage of the last raspberry picked and I thought that a dessert that is not very pretentious but delicious. Summer recipes.

  • 400 g raspberries
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 400 g of milk (carefully I weighed the milk, I didn't measure it, that's why I wrote g and not ml)
  • 600 g cooking cream with 35% fat
  • vanilla essence Madagascar
  • 80 g white chocolate
  • 20 g gelatin granules
  • sponge fingers

Preparation time: over 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION How to make raspberry dessert:

First I put the raspberries in a saucepan with 6 tablespoons of sugar and I put it on the fire, I let it boil for a few minutes, then I pulled the saucepan off the heat and let it cool, I got a kind of jam. I hydrated the gelatin with 100 ml of cold water. I weighed the milk and the cooking cream in a stainless steel pan, I added 2 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla essence and I put the pan on the fire, I stirred continuously until it arrived. at the boiling point, I took the pan off the heat and added the chocolate, I homogenized until the chocolate melted. Then I incorporated hydrated gelatin, mixing very well. I chose some not very tall glasses in which I put a layer of raspberry jam, I placed a biscuit in each glass then I poured the mixture with chocolate and I put the glasses in the fridge to harden the dessert (for a few hours). When the dessert hardened, I put the rest of the remaining jam on top, decorated with fresh raspberries and white chocolate.

How I miss the fridge cheese cream fluffy with cream from Delaco, I immediately planted a dessert in the glass because I didn't have time to prepare something sweet for the weekend that just passed. Honestly, with minimal effort I prepared 5 glasses with a delicious dessert that disappeared in the blink of an eye :).

150 g Oreo biscuits with chocolate cream
100 ml whipped cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar - for cream
an envelope (12g) powdered sugar with vanilla bourbon
200 gr frozen raspberries
4 tablespoons sugar - for raspberries
a tablespoon of lemon juice
almond flakes for decoration

Quick dessert with cheese and raspberries - Preparation

First we prepare the raspberry sauce. We sauté the raspberries together with the sugar and the lemon juice for 3-4 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
Leave to cool before use. Crush the biscuits in a food processor.
The cream cheese is mixed with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and sour cream until we obtain a homogeneous composition.
We assemble the dessert in glasses, first putting 3-4 tablespoons of chopped biscuits, over them we put 3 tablespoons of raspberry sauce, then with the help of a pos or even with a spoon we put the cream cheese.
Over the cream cheese we put a little raspberry sauce, sprinkle over the lightly fried almond flakes, a raspberry and a sprig of mint.
Keep cold for at least 30 minutes before serving, but if you are not patient, it can be eaten immediately.

Dessert with raspberry jelly and whipped cream

Eh, here's something you haven't seen much of me, especially in the dessert category: something fasting. Not that I would fast, but I found a challange on reteteculinare.ro and as it was a fasting recipe, where the colors were already chosen, it could only be an attempt for me. And when my mother asked me if I wanted some raspberries from the freezer, I knew what I was going to make. A fixed post pen.
On the envelope from Dr. Oetker it was written to use 500 ml of water, but as he also left raspberry juice, I reduced the amount.

Ingredient:
500 gr raspberry (I used frozen)
400 ml water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 Vege-Gel envelope from Dr. Oetker
200 ml liquid vegetable cream
a few raspberries for garnish

Put water, sugar in a saucepan and mix until the sugar melts.
Add the raspberries and Vege-gel and stir continuously over medium heat until it starts to boil (but do not let it boil).
Let it cool for coagulation.
Whip the cream (mine was already sweetened) hard.
When the raspberry jelly hardened, cut into cake shapes, I used a flower.
Put the layers, for whipped cream I used the whole form of cake.
Garnish with raspberries.


Raspberry Dessert - Recipes

Wheat ingredient:

Cream ingredient

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Decor ingredient:

400ml Voila dessert cream

4 drops of dye or raspberry puree

Countertop preparation method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a round cake pan (preferably with springs).

2. Line the tray with baking sheet.

3. Mix the egg whites with the salt until rigid peaks form.

4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Add one third of the flour to the egg yolks and the other third to the egg whites. Mix both compositions slowly, with a spatula, until incorporated, taking care not to deflate the egg whites too much.

5. Distribute the composition obtained evenly in the cake pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the top comes out clean.

6. Cool the countertop in the pan for 5 minutes then turn it over on a stand to continue cooling.

7. Once the countertop has cooled, use a solid knife to cut the countertop into two or more layers as desired.

How to prepare cream:

1. Mix frozen raspberries with honey and lemon juice.

2. Add everything to a saucepan and simmer over medium-high heat, letting the raspberries release the liquid.

3. Continue to boil the raspberries until they thicken and acquire a jam-like consistency.

4. Leave to cool for when we fill the cake.

5. Fill each slice of countertop with the preparation obtained.

How to prepare decor:

1. Refrigerate Voila for at least 12 hours before mixing. Pour the cooled product into a cold, clean bowl and start mixing 400ml Voila dessert cream at medium speed until the product becomes foam and triples in volume.

2. Add raspberry puree or food coloring to the preparation obtained.

For the leaves, put the honey in a bowl, add the sugar, cream, butter and eggs and mix.

Mix the flour with the baking soda and the baking powder, add it to the composition, mix and divide the dough obtained into three. Bake the three sheets on the back of the large oil-fired stove tray. Allow the tray to cool between the second and third baking sheet.

Raspberries with sugar and water put on the fire and leave for 10 minutes, stirring and crushing the fruit. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the envelope.

Place a cold sheet, a thin layer of fruit puree, another sheet in the large stove tray, and puree, another sheet and pour the pudding and level it. Refrigerate overnight and serve with chopped almonds.

Keep cool. After cooking, wait about 12 hours before serving the cake.
