Ingredients for Making Fish Salad in a Pond

Making fish salad in the pond:
Step 1: Cook the vegetables.The first step is to put boiled eggs, carrots and potatoes in their skins. After boiling the potatoes, remove the peel from it and set to cool. We also clean and cool the eggs. Accordingly, we do the same with carrots.
Step 2: Cooking the Salad.Fish salad in the pond is prepared in layers. Therefore, now we grate potatoes, eggs, carrots and cheese coarsely. Do not forget that we rub each ingredient in separate plates. Sprats must be mashed with a fork. But be sure to leave a couple of fish for decoration. Peel and finely chop onions. Now that we’ve prepared everything, you can lay the salad in layers. We take the dish and put the potatoes in the first layer, salt a little and grease with mayonnaise. The second layer - spread the onion, do not grease it with anything, spread the sprats on top with the third layer, and grease them with mayonnaise. The fourth layer will be carrots, which also need a little salt and grease with mayonnaise. The fifth layer is cheese, which we just grease with mayonnaise, and finally, the sixth layer is eggs. Top layer i.e. eggs, be sure to lubricate with mayonnaise, sprinkle with pre-chopped herbs.
Step 3: Serve the fish salad in the pond.After we sprinkled greens on our ready-made salad, we only had to decorate it with the remaining sprats and feathers of green onions. To start, onion feathers can be stuck on the edge of the salad, and thus, we recreated the reeds on the pond. Water lilies can be made from onions. In several places we stick sprat ponytails, and now fish appear in our pond. Our salad is ready, treat the guests with pores! Enjoy your meal!
- - Instead of sprats inside the salad, you can use boiled pink salmon, salmon or any other canned fish. But as a decoration, sprats should still remain.
- - So that the onion does not bite, you can soak it in cold water for 5 minutes after you chop it.
- - You can also add garlic to the salad (this is for lovers). You can use it in a layer with cheese.
