Ingredients for Cooking Baked Cauliflower:

  1. cauliflower 1 kg
  2. dry white wine 125 gr
  3. bacon 100 gr
  4. cheese 100 gr
  5. bread crumbs 1 tbsp
  6. greens to taste
  7. salt to taste

For the sauce:

  1. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  2. sour cream 2 tablespoons
  3. egg 1 pc
  4. mustard 1 tsp

Preparation of baked cauliflower with sauce:

Step 1: Bake the cabbage.

Rinse the cabbage in running water and divide into inflorescences. Put in a baking dish and pour white dry wine, do not forget to salt. Put in a preheated oven 2000 C for 10-12 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the sauce.

In order to prepare a white sauce, we need to mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and an egg. Mix thoroughly and pour the cabbage in the sauce. Finely chop the bacon, rub the cheese into a coarse grater. Stir in breadcrumbs and sprinkle casserole. Bake in the oven for another 15-20 minutes, make sure that the cheese is melted.

Step 3: serve.

- - If there is no wine, then cabbage can be boiled until cooked in salt water.
