Ingredients for Making Fruit Parfait

  2. Yogurt 500 ml.
  3. Strawberry 400 gr.
  4. Powdered Sugar 130 gr.
  5. Ginger root 2 cm.
  6. Cream 33% fat 200 ml.

Cooking fruit parfait:

Step 1: Harvesting fruits.

Peaches are washed and peeled and peeled. Cut with a knife and put in a blender, chop. Put the whole mass on a plate, peel the ginger and grate it on a fine grater. Add chopped ginger to ground peach. Peel the strawberries and make mashed potatoes in a blender.
