Striped Curd Dessert

Ingredients for Making Striped Curd Dessert

  3. Curd (non-grained) 400 grams
  4. Powdered sugar to taste
  5. Food colors in two colors (e.g. cocoa and cherry) to taste

Cooking striped curd dessert:

Step 1: dilute the gelatin.

We take gelatin, pour it into a clean dish and pour 3/4 cup of cool (not cold!) Boiled water.

Step 2; prepare the dessert itself.

In a separate bowl, mix sour cream with cottage cheese, add powdered sugar to taste and mix everything very carefully. Next, put the soaked gelatin in a water bath (there it will become almost liquid) and pour it into a sour cream-curd mass. Mix everything thoroughly again. We divide the resulting into three approximately equal parts, which are poured into three separate containers. We leave one container white, in the other two we add two dyes. In one - cherry, in the second - cocoa. Mixes with dyes very carefully mixed.

Step 3: "collect" dessert.

In a detachable form, strictly MID, pour 4 tablespoons of white mass, then 4 tablespoons of pink, after brown. And so on, until it ends. Place the form in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Step 4: serve to the table.

As soon as our dessert has completely cooled down and froze a little - we take it out of the form and cut into portions. Garnish with frozen fruits on top and serve. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:
