Cauliflower Soup


Ingredients for Making Cauliflower Soup

  1. cauliflower 300 gr (you can use frozen from a bag or replace broccoli)
  2. meat, chicken or vegetable broth 3 liters
  3. carrots 1 pc
  4. potatoes 3-4 pcs
  5. tomato 1 pc
  6. garlic 2 cloves
  7. bow 1 pc
  8. dried basil to taste
  9. salt to taste

Inventory:

3-4 liter saucepan, cutting board, knife, frying pan for vegetables

Cooking Cauliflower Soup:

Step 1: Cook the broth.

Prepare 3 liters of any broth of your choice: chicken meat or vegetable. Salt.

Step 2: Lower the vegetables.

Pre-polished potatoes, cut into small cubes. Add to the broth and cook for 7-10 minutes. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots in a coarse grater or finely chop with a knife. Fry vegetables in a pan until golden brown and add to the broth. Rinse cauliflower in running water and cut into small mushrooms. Add to broth. Cut the tomatoes into small strips and also add to the broth. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, add 1 medium bay leaf and 5-6 peppercorns.

Step 3: serve.

The soup is ready to serve. Add a spoonful of sour cream or mayonnaise to a plate with a hot portion. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - The broth can be made to your taste, even stew, meat or chicken will do.

- - Add green onions and a spoonful of tomato paste and your soup will turn out even more aromatic and tastier.
