Making pasta farfalle with tomato and cheese sauce:

After that, add the pasta very quickly, and only mix once, this is necessary to separate the pasta from each other. Next, you need to lay them around the entire perimeter of the pot, and you do not need to cover it, because the water in it will boil quite quickly, and if you cover the pot with a lid, everything will flow onto the stove. Note 10-12 minutes, although the cooking time depends on the quality and shape of the pasta. Therefore, in order to check whether pasta is ready - just try them. Do this at intervals of a minute, starting somewhere around 8. This is necessary only if you are working with pasta of any company for the first time. It is necessary to prepare a colander and already at the moment when you start to drain the pasta, you need to rinse the colander with boiling water first - this will heat it and prepare it for hot pasta. All water does not need to be drained - leave a little liquid, so that the finished pasta does not dry out. Then put the colander on the pan so that all the liquid drains into it.

Cut the garlic into small rings and fry in olive oil, while noting on the clock for about a minute. Then be sure to add the tomato paste. After that, cut the feta into small cubes and add it to the sauce, while reducing the heat to a minimum. Cook the sauce for twenty minutes, and add chopped basil a couple of minutes before the end.
