Cooking barley with vegetables:

We spread onion, carrots in a pan greased with olive or sunflower oil, fry until cooked, stirring constantly, so as not to burn. Add to them bell pepper and cucumbers with herbs, stir, but do not fry, and just warm up. Add salt and favorite spices.
