Breaded Chicken Breasts


Ingredients for Cooking Breaded Chicken Breasts

Cooking chicken breasts in breadcrumbs:

Step 1: Prepare Chicken Breasts.

We put the chicken breasts in a bowl, put in the sink and turn on the tap with cold water. Washing meat with my hands. Then we take the breasts out of the bowl, put them on a cutting board and cut into oblong pieces, as in the photo.

Step 2: preparing the flour.

We take a plate, pour flour on it, add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: egg preparation.

Break the eggs, discard the shell, and spread the yolk with protein in a second bowl. Lightly beat the egg with a fork until a homogeneous, dense mass is formed.

Step 4: roll the chicken breasts in the flour.

Take the breast and roll it thoroughly in the flour prepared earlier. After that, you will dip the same piece of chicken breast into a beaten egg prepared earlier. Finally, roll the same piece of chicken breast in breadcrumbs, on both sides. Then the chicken breast is spread in a frying pan, oiled, and with the remaining pieces, repeat all the steps of the 4th step.

Step 5: frying.

When there are enough chicken breasts in the pan, put the pan on the stove and turn on the gas. Fry breasts on one side within 3-4 minutes then turn the breasts on the other side and fry for another 3-4 minutes. Done!

Step 6: serve to the table.

Serve Breaded Chicken Breasts possible with different side dishes. For example, with mashed potatoes or boiled rice. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - The already washed and chopped chicken fillet can be poured with milk and left in a bowl for half an hour, so the taste will be more diverse.

- - When frying breasts, add a little butter to the pan. This will make the breasts more tender and tasty.

- - Try sprinkling grilled breasts with grated cheese. So they will get a completely different taste and aroma.
