Cooking vegetable stew with herbs and sour cream:

Step 1: Prepare the vegetables.

We clean the potatoes and wash them under running water, then using a knife we cut into small cubes and put the sliced into a pan. Zucchini also wash and without peeling cut into cubes and add to the potatoes. Carrot, peeling and washing it before this, cut into rings as well as onions. Only the onion, in turn, is cut into very small cubes, as small as your skill allows it to cut. All vegetables are placed in a deep pan.

Step 2: Stew the vegetables.

After you put the chopped potatoes, zucchini, onions and carrots in a pan, add a little water there and drip a few drops of vegetable oil. We light the gas stove and put the frying pan on a small fire. Let the vegetables stew for about 30 minutes.

Step 3: Prepare tomatoes, peppers and herbs.

With tomatoes with a small knife, carefully remove the skin and cut them into cubes. The same applies to red pepper - clean, wash and cut into cubes. The greens are simply washed and cut, it is not necessary to clean it.

Step 4: Add tomatoes and peppers to potatoes and zucchini.

As potatoes with zucchini stewed for about 20 minutes - add tomatoes and peppers to the pan. We still extinguish all this for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt to taste.

Step 5: Add the greens.

After 10-15 minutes of stewing vegetables and when our stew is about the same as described below - sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Step 6: We serve to the table.

We serve vegetable stew, after pouring it on top with sour cream or mayonnaise. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - Zucchini is best to choose young, that is, not so long ago grown. You can check its "youth" by clicking on the peel with your fingernail, if the nail falls off easily and a clear mark remains - this is what you need.

- - Tomatoes, to improve the taste of dishes, you should choose unripe, hard (well cut) and red varieties.
