Cooking pork neck with honey:

Step 1: prepare the meat.

We take 500 grams of pork neck, wash the meat under cold running water from blood and any other contaminants. After drying it with paper kitchen towels from excess moisture, put the neck on a cutting board, clean it from the hymen and small bones that could remain on the meat after chopping the carcass.
Then cut the neck across the fibers into batch pieces - layers, about a thickness 1 centimeter. Lightly repel them with a kitchen hammer. Sprinkle each piece on both sides to taste with salt and red pepper, 1 pinch per 1 serving of meat is enough. We shift the pork into a deep plate and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: prepare the marinade.

Using a knife for cutting raw vegetables, peel the cloves of garlic from the peel and rub them on a fine grater into a deep bowl. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 teaspoons of concentrated lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of pure water, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce into the same container, add 1 teaspoon of curry powder and mix everything with a fork to a uniform consistency.

Step 3: pickle the meat.

Then, in turn, dip each piece of pork into the cooked marinade and put them in a plastic container.

After pouring the pork with the remnants of the marinade, close the container with a tight-fitting lid and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours, during this time, pork is saturated with an aromatic mixture that will soften the meat tissue.

Step 4: fry the pork neck with honey.

After the required time has passed, remove the meat container from the refrigerator. Turn on the stove to a medium level and put a frying pan on it. When the container is slightly warmed up, pour the aromatic mixture into it, in which the meat is pickled. After that, immediately place the pork neck pieces in a pan and simmer them for reading. 5 - 7 minutes periodically turning the kitchen spatula on one side or the other. After 5 - 7 minutes reduce the temperature of the plate to a level between small and medium.

Pour the meat with 2 tablespoons of liquid honey and continue to stew it 5 minutes stirring occasionally. We carefully monitor the process, as soon as the gravy begins to thicken, turn off the stove, cover the pan with a lid and give the fragrant dish the opportunity to brew more 5 - 7 minutes. After we lay out the meat in portions on plates, pour sauce over the pan and serve with your favorite side dish.

Step 5: serve the pork neck with honey.

Pork neck with honey served hot as a second course. This sumptuous meat can be supplemented with any side dish, such as mashed potatoes, boiled cereals, rice, pasta, fresh vegetable salads or pickles and pickles.
