Cooking pizza with shrimp and broccoli:

Step 1: prepare the flour.

Wrap the container with cling film and set aside in a warm place for 60 minutes. During this time, the dough will double in size.

Step 3: prepare the onion.

Peel the onion with a kitchen knife and rinse well under running water. Then we shift the vegetable to a cutting board and cut it in half. We cut each half onion in half rings, thick no more than 3-4 millimeters and transfer the chopped vegetable into a free bowl. Then add wine vinegar to the same container and mix it with onions with a tablespoon. Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours. After this time, wash the vegetable half rings under running water and slightly wring out manually.

Step 4: prepare the garlic.

We put the garlic cloves on a cutting board and, pressing on them with the handle of a knife, remove from the husk. Then, without cutting them, transfer to a free plate.

Step 5: prepare the broccoli.

We put a pot of water on medium heat. Add a pinch of salt to it and bring the liquid to a boil. After boiling water, shift the broccoli and cook for 5-7 minuteswithout covering the pan with a lid. Then turn off the fire, and throw the pan with the finished vegetable into a colander and rinse slightly under running water. When the water drains, we transfer the cabbage to a cutting board, with the help of a kitchen knife we ​​cut off the legs and divide it into inflorescences. Attention: for cooking pizza, it is better to use only cabbage inflorescences. If the broccoli inflorescences are large, then we cut them into several parts. Put the prepared vegetable in a free plate.

Step 6: prepare the basil.

We wash fresh basil leaves under running water and, shifting them to a cutting board, finely chop with a kitchen knife. Then shift to a separate bowl.

Step 7: prepare the tomatoes.

We wash the tomatoes under running water and transfer to a cutting board. Using a knife, on the one hand on the skin of the vegetable we make a cross-shaped shallow incision. Then dip the tomatoes in a pot of boiling water for 15-20 seconds. After this time, with the help of a slotted spoon, we remove the vegetables from the container and transfer them under cold water. From the tomato which has cooled down to room temperature, manually remove the skin. We shift the peeled vegetables into a blender, add the garlic cloves to the same container and chop them at a medium speed to a puree state.

Step 8: prepare the cheese.

Using a fine grater, rub the parmesan in a free plate. Since cheese chips tend to dry quickly, we can cover the plate with cheese or wrap it with cling film.

Step 9: prepare the shrimp.

We put the ready-made frozen shrimp in a free pan and pour cool boiling water into this container, which should completely cover the seafood. After 5-7 minutes pour the water from the pan into a colander. When the liquid drains completely, transfer the finished shrimp into a free bowl. Then each shrimp is manually cleaned of the shell, separating the tails, and transfer to a free bowl. If you have large shrimp, then transfer them to a cutting board and cut them into smaller pieces using a kitchen knife.

Step 10: prepare the olives.

Using a can opener, open the can lid with canned olives and drain the liquid. We pour them on a cutting board and use a knife to cut them in half if they are large. Small or medium in size olives can not be cut. Then put them in a free plate. For the preparation of pizza, you need to use pitted fruits. But in fact, adding olives is not necessary, since without them pizza will not become less tasty.

Step 11: prepare the sauce.

We put the pan on medium heat and pour it into this container 1 tablespoon olive oil, pour the tomato puree, salt to taste. Using a tablespoon, mix everything to a homogeneous mass and simmer them until the excess liquid evaporates. Then spread the pickled onions, shrimp, basil and dried oregano on the sauce. At your request, you can put olives.

Then sprinkle with grated cheese on top. After evenly spread the broccoli and capers on the cheese chips. Sprinkle pizza with olive oil.
