Squid Sauce Ingredients

Making squid sauce:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Peel the garlic cloves from the peel. We wash the lemon under cold running water along with fresh herbs of dill and parsley, dry the citrus with paper kitchen towels, and shake the greens over the sink. Then put the lemon on a cutting board and cut with a knife into 2 halves. We leave one part of citrus on the kitchen table, and the second we use to prepare other equally tasty dishes or sauces. After we put dill with parsley on a cutting board and finely chop them with a vegetable knife. We spread the slices and lemon into separate small bowls. In a deep bowl we spread 200 milliliters of sour cream, its fat content depends on your desire. We also put salt and all the spices indicated in the ingredients on the kitchen table.

Step 2: prepare the squid sauce.


We arm ourselves with a manual juicer and use it to squeeze juice from half a lemon for sourness into a bowl.

There we add a little salt, paprika and black pepper, for a spicy flavor.

Then add chopped greens to the bowl for a pleasant rich aroma.

Mix all the components of the sauce with a tablespoon until a homogeneous consistency.

We spread the sauce in portions over individual small gravy boats or bowls and serve with calamari.

Step 3: serve the squid sauce.


Squid sauce is served at room temperature or chilled. Before serving, it is laid out in portions over individual sauces or small bowls.

This aromatic mixture can be served with boiled or fried squid, this sauce can also be savored with seafood pies and season them with salads, which include boiled sea inhabitants. Enjoy it!

Recipe Tips:

- Instead of sour cream, you can use cream of medium fat content.

- Instead of lemon, you can use lime.
