Making hot sandwiches with mushrooms:
Step 1: prepare the mushrooms.

Step 2: prepare the onion.

Step 3: prepare onion-mushroom frying.
Pour the vegetable oil into the pan and put it on medium heat. When the oil warms up well, we transfer the chopped onions and mushrooms into this container. Using a wooden spatula, mix well with each other and simmer them, stirring constantly, until a slightly golden color is formed. Then salt and pepper to taste. We turn off the burner, and shift the onion-mushroom dressing into a free bowl. The grill should cool to room temperature.
Step 4: prepare the loaf.
We put the baton on a cutting board and cut it into slices with a kitchen knife, thick no more than 1 centimeter. Attention: for sandwiches, you can use not only a loaf, but also white bread, as well as small rolls of wheat flour. Bread products must not be of fine flour.
Step 5: prepare the cheese.
Using a coarse grater, rub the cheese into a free plate. For the preparation of hot sandwiches, it is best to use hard cheese.
Step 6: prepare hot sandwiches with mushrooms.
Slices of loaf with a kitchen knife spread on top with a thin layer of butter. Then, using a teaspoon on top of the cream layer, spread the onion-mushroom mixture and evenly distribute it over the entire surface of the bread. We crush the top layer with cheese chips, and on top of the cheese, using the same table tools, apply a layer of mayonnaise. Mayonnaise must be applied to the sandwich with a thin layer. Otherwise, during baking, it can pour onto a baking sheet, and sandwiches can burn from below.
We shift the sandwiches to the baking sheet at a short distance from each other so that they do not touch during baking. When the oven is hot 180 ° Cput the container with the dish in the oven. Sandwiches are baked very quickly, only 5-7 minutes.
