Cooking meat rolls with mushrooms:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients for baking.

To start, we’ll rinse and dry the meat. Then we make a deep incision along a piece of meat to half the thickness. After which we make incisions to the left and to the right, we also look so as not to tear the meat. The wall thickness should remain 7-8 mm. Then, as we open the book, we will also do it with meat. Now we wrap the meat with cling film or a bag, which we then beat off well. Wrap the meat so that when beating, do not cut it through. Do not think that after this you will not pull the film from the meat, unless you beat with great force and get the meat porridge, then, for sure, you will not remove it. Then, with a carefully chopped meat, we reveal a bag (film) and coat the meat with salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Mushrooms are good for filling. Fry them with chopped onions and leave to cool. When the filling has cooled, rub cheese and finely chopped greens into it.

Step 2: Season the meat with the filling.

Here the meat waited for his turn. We spread the filling, which consists of mushrooms, and then turn it into a roll. To make the roll beautiful, watch how you spread the mushrooms. It is necessary that the meat strictly covers them from all sides. As we know, so that the roll does not fall apart, we tie it with a thread and put it in a baking bag.

Step 3: We serve to the table.

The roll is baked for about an hour and a half. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Then we remove the bag and put the meat to brown for another 20-30 minutes Bon appetit!
