Protein Shake Ingredients

  1. Milk 2.5% fat 200 milliliters
  2. Chicken egg 1 piece
  3. 1 medium sized banana
  4. Curd 9% fat 100 grams
  5. Sugar to taste

Preparing a protein shake:

Step 1: prepare the egg.

Using a knife, break the eggshell, and pour its contents into the blender bowl. Pour sugar into the same container to taste and beat the ingredients at low speed until smooth, as well as until a foam mass forms on the surface.

Step 2: prepare the banana.

Remove the peel from the banana, and put the flesh of the fruit on a cutting board. Using a knife, cut the ingredient across into small circles.

Step 3: prepare a protein shake.

We spread the banana slices in the blender bowl to the egg mass and pour the milk there. And now, at medium speed, beat all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed and until the banana is mashed. Attention: in the process of whipping all the ingredients, banana slices can settle on the walls of the blender bowl, so from time to time it is necessary to lift the lid of the appliance and scrape off the banana with a tablespoon. Our mass should become dense in consistency due to the exotic fruit. After that, add the cottage cheese to the bowl and again whisk everything at medium speed until smooth.

Step 4: serve the protein shake.

The protein shake is not only fragrant and very tasty, but also cool, and most importantly nutritious. This drink has a lot of protein, so if you play sports or you have hard work that involves physical labor, this cocktail is for you.
