Making snack muffins with cheese, corn and tuna:

After that, pour a little flour into the container with the mixture and continue to mix everything until we have finished the sifted flour, and the mixture by consistency does not become a dough. Only after - add to the dough 1-2 tablespoons corn and pour out dried parsley and dill. Again, mix everything well and for the time being set aside.

Step 5: prepare the filling.

In a bowl with chopped tuna and hard cheese, add the remaining corn and, using a tablespoon, mix everything well until smooth.

Step 6: Cooking Cheese, Corn, and Tuna Muffins

So, first of all, grease the baking tins with olive oil. And for this, you can use either a pastry brush or simply pour a small amount of oil into each mold and brush it with clean, dry hands. After that, using a tablespoon, spread a small amount of dough so that it fills less than half the capacity. Then, with a teaspoon, spread the filling on top of the dough. And at the end, put the dough back into the baking tins. We level the surface of the muffins with improvised equipment and put in a preheated oven to a temperature 180 ° C bake for 20-25 minutes to a soft golden crust. At the end of the allotted time, turn off the oven and use the kitchen tacks to take out the dish and set aside to cool to a warm state.
