Ingredients for making pizza at home.

Cooking pizza at home:

Step 1: prepare the flour.

The finished test ingredient should become elastic, firm and not stick to your hands. We form a ball from the dough with our hands and transfer it back to a deep bowl, the walls and bottom of which we pre-lubricated with a small amount of olive oil. We cover the container with the dough with a cloth towel and put in a warm place to insist and increase in size in 2-3 times about for 50-80 minutes.

Step 4: prepare the basil.

While we have the dough infused, you can prepare other components for pizza. So, to begin with, we wash fresh basil under running water and then transfer it to a cutting board. You can add this component to the dish as much as you like. After all, it combines well in taste with mozzarella cheese and gives a pleasant unforgettable aroma. After that, pour the tomato mass into the middle pan and put the container on medium heat. Mix well with a tablespoon and cook the sauce for another 8-10 minutes. Attention: do not forget from time to time to stir the tomato mixture with improvised equipment. At the end, turn off the burner and put the chopped basil in the pan. Again, mix everything well with a spoon and set the sauce aside.

Step 7: make pizza at home.

So, the dough has already increased several times, the sauce is ready and the mozzarella cheese has already turned into chips in our company. We spread the dough on the kitchen table and knead it several times with our hands so that carbon dioxide comes out of it, which was formed during the action of yeast in a warm place. After that, cut the dough with a knife into two equal parts. Then, well grease the bottom of the pan with olive oil. Attention: if you have a pastry brush on hand, then be sure to use this inventory. And now, you can roll the dough pieces with a rolling pin into a small layer on a flat surface and then transfer the cake to the baking dish, or put the dough on a baking sheet, sprinkle the dough with a little olive oil and stretch the dough with your fingers to the full extent of the baking sheet into a test cake. I prefer the second option. And by the way, Italians, who like pizza very much, also mostly stretch the dough piece on the baking sheet, and not roll the dough on the kitchen table. But, this is at your discretion. After all, if you prefer working with the dough with a rolling pin, then there is nothing to worry about. The main thing is that the taste of pizza will not change. Now is the time for the filling! Using a tablespoon, spread the tomato sauce in small portions on the surface of the dough and then spread the sauce throughout the pizza with the same improvised equipment. After that, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.
