Cooking meat "banana coat":

Step 1: prepare the meat.

Wash the pork pulp well under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a kitchen knife, we clean the meat ingredient, if necessary, of the film and fat. Using the same sharp inventory, we cut the meat across the fibers into approximately equal to medium-sized pieces in thickness no more than 1.5 centimeters. Now we need to beat the pork. To do this, wrap each meat piece in a plastic wrap so that the juice does not splatter in different directions during this process. Using a kitchen hammer, beat the meat. Attention: meat should not be beaten off very much so as not to violate the integrity of the meat fiber. If you do not have a gear hammer, you can beat the pork with a rolling pin. When the meat has been beaten, remove the cling film and sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste, and then transfer our meat ingredient to a free plate.

Step 2: prepare the onion.

Using a kitchen knife, peel the onion from the husks and rinse well under running water. Then we shift our vegetable ingredient onto a cutting board and, using the same sharp inventory, cut it across into rings, wide no more than 5 millimeters. We shift the onion rings to a clean plate. Attention: according to your desire, onions can be cut into half rings.

Step 3: prepare the tomato.

We wash the tomatoes under running water and put them on a cutting board. Using a kitchen knife, cut our vegetable ingredient across into rings, thick no more than 5 millimeters. Then transfer the ingredient to a free plate.

Step 4: prepare the cheese.

Using a medium grater, rub the cheese ingredient in a free plate. Attention: since the cheese product has the ability to dry quickly, so we wrap the dishes with cheese chips with cling film.

Step 5: prepare the bananas.

With a banana, we cut the petiole with a knife. Then manually remove the skin from our ingredient. We shift the pulp of the fruit onto a cutting board and, using the same sharp equipment, cut the fruit across into small, small circles, thick no more than 5-7 millimeters. Spread our ingredient in a free plate. Attention: since a banana is a perishable fruit and after peeling it, it quickly darkens, so we will cut our ingredient last and just before laying it on a baking sheet.

Step 6: prepare the meat "banana coat".

We will lay out our ingredients in layers. You can bake our dish not only on a baking sheet, but also in a pan with a thick bottom. The main thing is that the sides of the container are high, since when baking a dish, a lot of juice is obtained. Using a culinary brush, evenly grease the bottom of the pan with vegetable oil and lay out the meat slices, banana rings, tomato and onion rings in layers. To ensure that our dish is baked on all sides the same way, for this, layers with ingredients are distributed evenly over the entire surface of the baking sheet. Then, using a tablespoon, distribute mayonnaise over the entire surface of the dish, leveling the component with improvised equipment, and then sprinkle the last layer with grated cheese. Preheat oven to temperature 180 ° C and with the help of kitchen gloves we place a container with a dish in the oven. Meat is prepared "banana coat" for 30-40 minutes until golden brown crust of the upper layer. The readiness of our meat can be checked with a fork. If the fork pierces the meat freely, then our dish is ready and you can get it out of the oven.

Step 7: serve the meat "banana coat".

When the meat has cooled a little, use a knife to cut the dish into portioned slices and use a kitchen spatula to transfer them to the serving dish. Together with the meat, be sure to lay out the vegetable layers and do not forget to put the baked bananas. I suggest using potatoes as a side dish: mashed potatoes or fried, to your taste. Although, the dish turns out to be very satisfying and it can be easily served to the table, like the main dish. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - Our dish can be prepared from any meat. If you will cook from chicken or beef, then it is preferable to buy the loin.

- - Bananas for the preparation of our dishes must be hard skinned and ripe. But don't buy ripe fruits.

- - For cooking, take only hard cheeses.

- - For meat, you can use other spices and seasonings, which are intended for meat dishes.

- - If there are more ingredients, then you can repeat the layers before cooking. The main thing is that the top layers are made of cheese and mayonnaise.

- - It is preferable to take mayonnaise not very oily, but not liquid. If you have mayonnaise 72%, then before using it is preferable to dilute it slightly with warm boiled water. Thus, we will reduce its fat content, and meat, saturated with mayonnaise mixture, will become even juicier and tender.
