Cooking Italian Meat Salad:

Step 1: boil the meat.

The first thing we do is prepare the meat. To do this, wash the thawed meat cut under running water and wipe with paper kitchen towels. Then we shift to a cutting board and use a knife to cut off excess fat. Next, turn on the temperature of the stove to the maximum level and put the pan on the burner. After, pour the water so that it completely covers the meat ingredient. Bring the water to a boil, salt and lower the processed piece of meat. Since we need to preserve the taste of the meat component, we do not put it in cold water, but in boiling water so that all components remain in the meat and do not go into the water. After the water boils again, boil the necessary amount of time until fully cooked. Next, we take out the meat ingredient from the water and put it in a plate or other container to cool.

Step 2: prepare the onion.

Peel the onion and rinse under running cold water. Then we shift to a chopping board and use a knife to cut into half rings. After we chopped all the onions, put them in a deep plate or bowl and fill with 3 tablespoons of salt. Mix thoroughly and leave in this state for 15 minutes. Next, slightly squeeze the component with your hands and shift it into a colander. We rinse under running water from excess salt and leave it in this state for a while.

Step 3: chop the ingredients.

Now it remains to chop the ingredients. The cooled meat is transferred to a cutting board and cut into small pieces no larger than 1.5 centimeters in size. And put in a large plate. Next, open a jar of olives and pour the juice. Now you can go in two ways or chop the component, or leave it as it is. We will resort to the first option. We put the olives on a cutting board and cut them in half and after, transfer them to a plate for meat. Then we wash the cherry tomatoes under running water and lay on a cutting board, cut the ingredient into 2-4 parts with a knife, depending on the size of the red vegetables themselves. If desired, you can cut off the place to which the tomatoes were attached to the plant. And then, add them to the salad bowl to the meat and olives. Now it remains to add the last component, this is our bow. Using a tablespoon, mix all the crushed ingredients together and season with olive oil.

Step 4: serve.

Salad is served in a beautiful salad bowl, and as an addition, along with sliced ​​pieces of bread. For lovers of fatty foods, this salad can be seasoned with mayonnaise, as well as garnish with finely chopped parsley or dill. Cook with pleasure. Enjoy your meal!
