Making milk tea:

Step 1: prepare cloves and cardamom seeds.

Milk tea is very similar to English tea with a slight difference in that spices are placed in this version of the drink. To get started, put the right amount of cloves and cardamom in a plastic bag with zipper. Close the bag with a zipper, lay it on the kitchen table and grind the spices with a rolling pin to medium-sized pieces.

Step 2: brew and infuse tea.

Pour the right amount of clean distilled water into a deep saucepan and place the container on a stove that is turned on to a medium level. Bring the liquid to a boil and put chopped cloves and cinnamon in a stewpan. After boiling, add black tea in bags, previously removing paper labels from them. Boil the ingredients for 5 minutes, then remove the stewpan from the stove, cover and let it brew for 10 minutes. Turn the stove on to a medium level, place a full kettle of plain running water on it and bring the liquid to a boil.

Step 3: filter and add sugar to tea.

While the tea was brewing, the water in the teapot began to boil, pour boiling water over your serving teapot, and it is better to fill it with hot boiled water and let stand in this form 6 to 7 minutes in order for the tank to heat up. Then take a clean stewpan, pour the right amount of pasteurized milk into it, put it on a stove included in the medium level, bring the milk to a boil and immediately remove the container from the stove. The main thing is not to let the milk digest, it’s enough that it starts to boil and slightly rises upwards. Drain the water from the serving kettle, place a fine mesh sieve on its surface and strain the brewed tea into it.

Step 4: bring the tea to full readiness.

Now the main thing is to do everything on time, pour the right amount of sugar into the teapot with brewed tea and mix the ingredients with a wooden tablespoon until the sugar grains are partially dissolved. Then pour hot milk into the tea and re-mix the liquid masses with a wooden spoon, now until sugar is completely dissolved. Cover the teapot with a lid and, holding it with a kitchen towel, pour yourself a cup of fragrant tea. Cinnamon can be used in the form of a teaspoon periodically stirring tea, and thus re-saturating its aroma with this gentle spice.

Step 5: serve milk tea.

Milk tea is served immediately after preparation. A good cup of tea is a real holiday, more and more people are discovering the taste of this aromatic drink. The best tea utensils are porcelain. A lot depends on the serving of the tea ceremony, and here you can exert all your imagination. An elegant tablecloth, delicate napkins, porcelain dishes, flowers in the center of the table, all this combined with fragrant milk tea will bring you and your family pleasant moments. With this drink you can serve any desserts, a light dinner or breakfast. Enjoy it! Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you have a microwave, you can heat pasteurized milk in it, but if you have purchased fresh cow's milk, it’s better to boil it!

- - Spices can be ground in a mortar.

- - Do not grind spices strongly or put already crushed into crumbs, this can make tea poorly filtered and hard crumbs of spices can be caught in it while drinking.

- - Serving kettle for tea, can be heated in the microwave or oven. Do not skip this step, the correct temperature of your drink and keeping it hot depends on it.

- - For mixing liquids, use only a wooden spoon, since milk can clot from metal equipment during connection with brewed tea.
