Ingredients for cooking guests at doorstep puff salad

Cooking guests on the doorstep puff salad:

Step 1: prepare the chicken fillet.

Wash thawed chicken fillet under running water. Pour water into a saucepan and put on medium heat. When the water boils, add a little salt to it and manually shift the ingredient into a container with boiling water. Cook the meat over medium heat. 45 minutes. Then, using a fork, we take out the chicken fillet from the broth and transfer it to a cutting board. We cut our ingredient with a knife into small cubes and transfer to a separate plate.

Step 2: boil the vegetables.

Raw potatoes with carrots are thoroughly washed with a brush under running water. Since jacket potatoes are cooked in salted water, and we don’t salt the water in which the carrots will be boiled, so we will boil our vegetables separately in different containers. We shift the potatoes into a pot with cold water, so that it completely covers our root crop and put on a large fire. Add a pinch of salt, this will prevent cracking of the potato peel. Then cover the pan with our ingredient. Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum, cook the vegetable 25-30 minutes. We check the readiness with a fork, piercing the root crop with it. If the potatoes are soft, then ready. Turn off the fire, and put the pan with the finished potatoes under cold water, so it is easier to peel. We do the same procedure with carrots, only with the difference that we do not salt the water in which we will cook this vegetable.

Step 3: prepare the vegetables.

Cool vegetables under cold water. Using a knife, we clean them from the skins. And on a medium grater, we rub our vegetables individually in different plates on the vegetable shavings. So, first there will be potatoes. Then rub the carrots.

Step 4: prepare the cheese.

Using a medium grater, we rub the smoked cheese on the chips in a separate plate. Before using a new ingredient, grater should be thoroughly washed under running water.

Step 5: prepare the chicken eggs.

Pour water at room temperature into a saucepan and put on medium heat. Without letting the water heat up, lower it with a tablespoon into the egg bowl. The liquid should completely cover our ingredient. When the water in the pan begins to boil so that the shell does not crack during the cooking of the eggs, add a little salt and from this moment cook the eggs 10 minutes. At the end of cooking, place the dishes with eggs under cold water so that the shell is easier to clean. Manually remove the shell from the eggs and using a fine grater rub the eggs into a plate.

Step 6: prepare the cucumbers.

We wash the cucumbers under running water and transfer to a cutting board. Using a knife, cut our ingredient first along and then across into small squares, the size of no more than 5 millimeters and put it on a separate plate. It is important not to salt the chopped cucumbers so that they do not let the juice and glass.

Step 7: prepare the onion.

With a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse it well under running water. On a cutting board using sharp tools, grind our ingredient into small cubes the size of no more than 1 centimeter and transfer to a free plate.

Step 8: prepare the chicken and onion salad.

From a plate into a bowl with the help of a tablespoon we shift the pieces of chicken breast and add chopped onion and mayonnaise here. All the ingredients are mixed well with a tablespoon.

Step 9: prepare the guests on the doorstep puff salad.

Spread our prepared ingredients in layers on a wide serving dish. The first layer of grated potatoes. Using a tablespoon, transfer the potato chips to the dish with an even layer, lightly salt and pepper it. Then lay the mayonnaise on top of it and use the same dining equipment to level the ingredient over the entire surface of the first layer. Then put the chopped fillet with onion on this layer and with the help of a spoon evenly level it over the entire surface of the potato layer. Since the second layer is already saturated with mayonnaise, so this ingredient does not need to be laid out. The third layer of our salad will be from chopped carrots. We also spread it with a tablespoon on the second layer and evenly level it over the entire surface of the second layer. Now we shift to a layer of carrots, squares of fresh cucumber and slightly salt it. We spread mayonnaise on a cucumber layer with a spoon and again distribute it evenly over the entire surface of this layer. It remains to add grated cheese and finely grated egg on top of the third layer. Now we connect your imagination and decorate the top layer according to your desire. Perhaps it will be a cute little mouse from radish with leaves from salad or parsley.

Step 10: serve the guests on the doorstep puff salad.

Recipe Tips:

- - For the preparation of salad, use mayonnaise 72% fat.

- - Use onion sweet varieties, it is more tender and better combined with chicken breast.

- - Before you cook hard-boiled eggs, they must be held for several minutes in warm water. Then, during cooking, the eggshell will not burst and the protein will not leak.

- - For a salad, use a broiler chicken breast, it is more meaty.

- - Do not pour chicken broth, which is formed from fillet cooking, it will make a delicious soup.
