Ingredients for making potato zrazy with minced meat

  4. Premium wheat flour 2 tbsp

Cooking potato zrazy with minced meat:

Step 1: cook the potatoes.

To prepare our zraz, boil the potatoes before washing it. After we boiled it, knead with a fork and add the egg, mix.

Step 2: prepare the minced meat.

Finely chop the onion into a cube and mix with the minced meat so that the onion is evenly distributed. Put in a well-heated pan and fry for ten minutes over low heat until tender (you can boil the minced meat).

We take mashed potatoes and make cakes out of it. Then in the cakes make a deepening and put minced meat in it. The edges of the cakes must be blinded together. This must be done carefully, as the stuffing is molded to your hands.

Serve zrazy can be in a different design and for various reasons. This dish will brighten up any feast. You can serve it with sour cream garnishing with herbs. - - Make sure the mince is fresh.

- - Use refined sunflower oil, it does not have bitterness (some prefer simple sunflower oil with a characteristic aroma).
