Italian Chicken Marinade Ingredients

  1. Dry wine 1 tbsp.
  2. Lemon juice 0.5 tbsp.
  3. Bay leaf 2 leaf.
  4. Carrots 2-3
  5. Parsley root 2 (middle root).
  6. Black pepper 10-15 mountains.
  7. Sugar -2 tbsp taste
  8. Salt 1-2 tsp.

Italian style marinade for chicken:

Step 1: make the base of wine and lemon juice.
