Salad "Boyarsky"


Ingredients for the preparation of salad "Boyarsky"

Cooking Boyarsky salad:

Step 1: prepare the eggs.

In order to cook eggs, we need a small pan. We put eggs in it and pour clean water, so that the water is 1.5 centimeters higher than the eggs. We put the pan with eggs on the stove and bring the water to a boil. Next, we reduce the temperature to an average level and cook another 5-7 minutes. After the lapse of time we turn off the burner, take the pan and drain the hot water. Pour flowing cold water. And leave the eggs in the pan for a while so that they can cool.

Step 2: prepare the mushrooms.

While the eggs are cooling, let’s take care of the mushrooms. First, peel the onion from the husks and finely chop the ingredient. Then cut medium slices of champignon. And then we take the pan, put it on medium heat, pour the sunflower oil into it, wait a while when the pan with oil is heated and dip our chopped onion into it. Lightly fry the ingredient, about a minute will be enough, and lower the chopped mushrooms to it. We fry everything about 10 minutes, you can choose another time, but this is a matter of taste, periodically mixing everything with a spatula to avoid burning. Ready mushrooms with onions are put on a paper towel so that the glass is excess oil.

Step 3: chop the ingredients.

We return to the eggs. We clear the cooled eggs from the shell and finely chop the ingredient on the cutting board with a knife. And send to the salad bowl. Next, cut the boiled pork in small cubes, approximately 1 centimeter and also sent to the salad bowl.

Step 4: prepare the cheese.

Grate a piece of cheese on a grater with small holes. It is convenient to do this by putting the grater on a cutting board, but so that the board is always dry. Pour the resulting mass into a salad bowl for eggs and boiled pork.

Step 5: mix the ingredients.

We also send fried onions with mushrooms to the salad bowl. Mix everything with a spoon. Add mayonnaise and salt to taste.

Step 6: serve the Boyarsky salad.

Ready salad is served on the table or immediately laid out in portions on plates. Since the salad is quite satisfying, you can eat it without any additives, such as meat or fish. You can decorate such a salad with finely chopped greens or olives. It is very tasty to eat such a salad in the bite with bread. Enjoy your meal!

- - You can supplement this salad with potatoes, just boil the ingredient and chop as well as boiled pork. You can also add carrots, it is better to grate with large holes and fry with onions. In this case, it is better to fry the mushrooms separately. A walnut will go well with this salad; it should be peeled and chopped. Also, fresh or pickled cucumbers, pickles, peas or beans can serve as an additive.
