Ingredients for cooking baked potato pancakes with mushrooms

Cooking baked potato pancakes with mushrooms:

Step 1: cook the potatoes.

Wash, peel, wash, and dip the potatoes in cold water. Rub it on a fine grater.

Step 2: Three Onions

Peel and grate the onion on a fine grater, add it to the potatoes.

Step 3: cut the greens.

Wash the dill and chop finely, add to the potatoes.

Step 4: prepare the dough.

To the potatoes, add eggs, salt over and ground before to taste. Mix the dough well.

Step 5: fry potato pancakes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and spread the dough with a tablespoon in small volumes. Fry potato pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

Step 6: cook the mushrooms.

Peel, wash and cut the mushrooms in slices. Fry the mushrooms until golden brown, add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 7: bake potato pancakes with mushrooms.

Oven heat up to 200 degrees. Prepare a baking dish, it should be heat resistant. Fill the form with layers: a layer of potato pancakes, a layer of garlic (cut into thin slices), a layer of mushrooms. So repeat several times. Top with a layer of sour cream. Put the mold in the oven for 30 minutes.

Step 8: serve the baked potato pancakes with mushrooms.

We take the finished potato pancakes out of the oven and arrange them on plates. The dish is ready. Enjoy your meal!
