Cooking tomatoes with sunflower oil:

When the water boils, cover the pan with a lid, screw the stove to a medium level and sterilize the tomatoes 15 minutes and without a lid for another 5 minutes. After the required time has passed, remove the jars with the preservation forceps from the pan and close them with the preservation key. Turn the cans with tomatoes upside down, put them on the floor, wrap them in a woolen blanket so that there are no cracks and tomatoes, and cool down without sudden changes in temperature. Leave them to cool like that on 2 to 3 days. Clean the cooled cans in the pantry, cellar or basement.
Step 4: serve the tomatoes with sunflower oil.Tomatoes with sunflower oil are served cold or at room temperature. Such tomatoes are dense, retain their integrity, they taste sweet and sour, with a large bouquet of spices.
