While the water is boiling, peel the onion and garlic with a knife from the peel, rinse under running water, put the onion on a cutting board, cut into rings or half rings of arbitrary thickness and lay on a separate clean plate with peeled garlic.

Put fresh herbs of tarragon, mint, parsley, horseradish, dill in a colander, and pour boiling water over the kettle. Leave the greens in a colander for 10 -15 minutes so that all the water from the glass. Then lay in equal parts on sterilized jars. Put chopped onions, garlic, peas and cloves there. Tamp the tomatoes tightly in jars.

Step 3: pour the tomatoes.

On a stove that is turned on, put 2 pans on a strong level, one with clean distilled water and the other with normal running water. Bring the water in the pots to a boil. Then, pour the boiled clean distilled water into the tomatoes, carefully pouring it from the pan into the jars using a ladle, so that the water reaches the very neck of the jars and completely covers the tomatoes. Add vegetable oil and vinegar. Cover the jars with sterilized lids for preservation and let stand as such 10 to 15 minutes.

After lowering the cans with tomatoes, into the second pan with boiling water, using preservation forceps, the liquid level should not reach the neck of the cans for 2 to 3 fingers. When the water boils, cover the pan with a lid, screw the stove to a medium level and sterilize the tomatoes 15 minutes and without a lid for another 5 minutes. After the required time has passed, remove the jars with the preservation forceps from the pan and close them with the preservation key. Turn the cans with tomatoes upside down, put them on the floor, wrap them in a woolen blanket so that there are no cracks and tomatoes, and cool down without sudden changes in temperature. Leave them to cool like that on 2 to 3 days. Clean the cooled cans in the pantry, cellar or basement.
