Minced fish roll with filling

Ingredients for the preparation of minced fish roll

To prepare the minced meat we need:

  1. Sea bass fillet 1 kg
  2. Salmon fillet 0.5 kg
  3. Red fish fillet 1 kg
  4. Onions 1 piece
  5. Lemon 0.5 pieces
  6. Chicken egg 3 pieces (one for greasing the roll)
  7. Salt 1 tablespoon
  8. Ground black pepper - 1 tablespoon to taste
  9. Premium wheat flour 1 cup
  10. Oregano 1 tablespoon
  11. Sunflower oil 70 grams

To prepare the filling, we need:

  1. Chicken egg 4 pieces
  2. 2 carrots
  3. Green beans - 250 grams to taste
  4. Canned peas 2/3 cup

Preparation of minced fish roll stuffed with:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

We wash the fish fillet in running water, review so that there are no bones, and transfer to a blender, grind all this mass, transfer to a separate bowl, add black ground pepper, salt, oregano and lemon juice. You can also add a few eggs for better bonding of the roll, although you can do without them, this is at your discretion. Mix well this mass. Cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours pickle.

Step 2: Prepare the filling for the roll.

We wash the carrots under water and transfer to a pot of water, cook until tender. Peel the finished carrots and cut them on a cutting board, on long thin strips. Wash green beans under water and put in a pan, pour cold water and put on the stove, cook until tender. We take out of the pan and cool. Boil chicken eggs in a pan for 10 minutes. We take out the finished eggs and cool in cold water, peel them. Cut into long strips.

Step 3: Form the roll with the filling.

We take the minced fish from the refrigerator and put it on the cling film, level it in the shape of a rectangle or circle with a layer up to 2 centimeters, no more. We spread the stuffing on the stuffing in layers: chicken eggs, green canned peas, green green beans and carrots. Lift the edge of the cling film with minced fish and roll it into a roll.

Step 4: Bake the dish.

Preheat the oven, grease the baking sheet with sunflower oil and put the fishloaf on it. Lubricate the roll with a beaten egg, and preferably with a yolk, so that the crust is rouge. Bake roll for one hour at temperature 180 degrees. Once the roll is baked, turn off the oven and leave it still for 10-15 minutes.

Step 5: Serve the stuffed minced meat roll.

Ready minced meat roll with filling is ready. We cool it and cut into portions, shifting to a serving dish. If desired, decorate the roll with finely chopped parsley or dill. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - As a basis, you can use any fish or minced meat, and, of course, add a variety of ingredients, as well as spices to your liking.

- - Also, fishloaf can be served in combination with mashed potatoes and chopped fresh vegetables.

- - It is best to store such a roll in a tightly closed container, not more than 2 days in a refrigerator at a low temperature.
