Cut the onion rings and spread on top of the meat. Onions will suit any grade and color. Some chefs suggest pre-boil it until half-cooked, but whether you should do it is up to you. On top of the onion we spread the tomatoes cut into rings. It is advisable to try to have a chop on every chop. Well, cheese on top. Cheese should be grated, anyway, large or small. After all, in the end, the cheese will melt! And from the top, grease our dish with mayonnaise. You can, by the way, deal with him in a different way, lubricating each layer as it is laid. But putting it all the same is not worth it. It may happen that the finished meat will then float in the fat melted from mayonnaise. And you can not lubricate, but apply a mesh of mayonnaise. So even more interesting.

Step 3: plant in the oven.

The oven should be hot, 200 degrees. How long will it be baked? It is customary to say “until ready”, to “beautiful crust”, “tasty smell”. But all these definitions are subjective. Let's just say about forty minutes. And then see for yourself. All ovens have different characters.

Step 4: serve.
