Step 2: take care of beets.

Step 3: form strawberries.
We make balls from the finished mass and give them the shape of berries. Similar? The color is not the same, we have unripe strawberries. For this, beetroot juice. We dip each “berry” into it, and then roll it in sugar. You can still dip in poppy seeds. Then black dots will appear on the surface. And for green leaves, mint greens or any green marmalade are perfect. There was a sheer bit: a ready dessert in the refrigerator, let it stand.
Step 4: serve to the table.
