Chinese Fried Rice Ingredients

Chinese Fried Rice Cooking:

Step 1: Boil and cool the rice.

First you need to thoroughly rinse the rice, sort it out, remove the darkened grains, specks. Then drain with a colander with small holes (you can use a fine sieve) from it all the water and dry it a little. Now pour clean filtered water into the pan in proportion 1.5 cups of rice, about 2.5 cups of water. Put a pot of water on a strong fire and bring it to a boil, salt with water, pour the prepared rice there, mix and cover, reduce the heat to the weakest. Cook the rice until all the water in the pan has evaporated, while stirring the rice twice as necessary. In the process of cooking, it is advisable not to open the lid for a long time, that is, prevented and immediately closed. Remove the finished rice from the heat, cool to room temperature, and best of all, if you remove it after cooling in the refrigerator all night.

Step 2: Beat and fry the eggs in a pan.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, with a fork, beat them lightly. Put a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat, heat, then pour in beaten eggs, while constantly stirring them. Fry them in this way until a thick, crumbly egg mass is formed. Then remove the pan from the heat, transfer them to a plate, top with a lid or another plate so that they stay warm as long as possible.

Step 3: Combine all the ingredients in a pan and bring to full readiness.

Peel the green onions and garlic from the film and the husks, rinse under cold water, and then chop finely. Put a clean frying pan with vegetable oil on a medium heat again, heat it. Now put the rice in the pan, cover, warm it a little, about 3-5 minutes then remove the lid and mix thoroughly so that no lumps remain. Fry it until golden brown, then add onion and garlic, mix. Then add green peas and soy sauce. Stir everything thoroughly. After that, add the eggs and salt. Warm the entire contents of the pan, stirring occasionally.

Step 4: Serve Chinese fried rice.

Remove the finished dish from the heat, cover, leave for 10 minutes, so that the rice is properly steamed. Then put rice and eggs on a serving dish or on serving plates, serve as a main hot dish or side dish for meat or fish. Good appetite!
