Making the cupcake is "easy":

Step 1: prepare the dough ...

So, let's get started. Pour kefir into a deep bowl, pour 200 g of ordinary sugar and a bag of vanilla into it. Beat at low speed (so as not to spray). Add the eggs and beat a little again. Then the turn of oil. It can be cut in advance and thrown into a bowl, or you can melt a little in the microwave and pour. It’s more convenient for you. Moved. Take soda and extinguish with vinegar. Be careful, it’s better not to extinguish over a bowl in order to avoid an emergency in the form of overflowing vinegar. Now slowly pour in the flour and beat until thick sour cream. I advise you to try the resulting mass for sweetness - if there is enough sugar, set the bowl aside and take on the fillers. However, keep in mind that the sweetness of the cupcake will also depend on what you plan to add to it. So be careful with sugar.

Step 2: prepare the fillers.

Further actions depend on what you have chosen as the filling. We have dried fruits - they must be washed with boiled water, dried and cut into cubes. Then, so that they do not settle on the bottom, lightly sprinkle with flour and dump into the dough. Mix. Pour the finished mass into a greased form and put in pre preheated to 170 * oven for 25 minutes.

Step 3: serve the cake "easy."

Talk about powdered sugar while the cake is on its way. Not always in our reserves there is icing sugar. But it’s enough for us to get a blender, pour one or two teaspoons of sugar into a container and grind it! When the time is running out, we take out a container and put it on a board or a damp towel. The cupcake should cool down so that when removed, the “stuck” bottom does not lag behind. Yes, and just - so as not to get burned. We get the cupcake out of the mold (turn it over, poke it with a spatula), sprinkle with powder and serve. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - You can also make a chocolate muffin, for this there are two options: add crushed chocolate (you can bitter, or black with nuts) or a couple of spoons of cocoa in the dough. And it is possible both that, and another;

- - You can also add pickled pineapples, naturally, in slices and without juice;

- - If you want to add fresh fruit, then, naturally, they need to be peeled and cut into cubes (about 2x2 cm);

- - Cupcake doesn't have to be sweet! You can dodge and make a cheese cupcake or a cupcake with herbs. Just keep in mind that sweetness can be superfluous;

- - Of course, such a cake can be served not only to guests, but also to please the family for breakfast or afternoon tea!
