Cooking cakes "Raffaello":

Step 1: Peel the almonds.

When we talk about Raffaello, the first gustatory quality that comes to mind is "delicate." In order to bring our curd cakes to a completely delicate taste, almonds - the heart of Raffaello, need to be peeled. To do this, take a deep cup or plate, put our nuts there and pour them with plenty of boiling water. Wait 10 minutes, then pour water and rinse almonds with cold water - you can from the tap. Pour boiling water over the nuts again and wait until it cools down so that the almonds can be reached by hand. And now we click on the peel - and the nut pops out by itself. So clear the whole almonds and move on to the next step.

Step 2: Prepare the basis of curd cakes.

We take out the butter from the refrigerator, leave it to warm up a little and soften. After a while, put the cottage cheese, condensed milk, powdered sugar, soft butter and vanilla in one dish. Triturate or whisk this mixture into a homogeneous mass. You can taste it and add even more of the ingredient whose taste you want to enhance. We rearrange our "dough" for 10 minutes in the refrigerator so that it hardens a little. But you can not bring the mass to freezing.

Step 3: Grind the waffles into waffle chips.

It is best to take waffles without filling, they are drier and better crumble. But if you could not find such, then you can try to disunite the wafers in layers and remove the filling with a fork. Although you can try it with a filling, milk cream is best in this case. Try different options and choose the one you like best! Wafers must be dried in the oven at a temperature of 50-80 degrees for 15-20 minutes, and then rolled out with a rolling pin into a waffle crumb.

Step 4: Form the curd cakes.

We take out the dough base from the refrigerator, add the waffle chips there and mix well. In this case, the crumb will be evenly distributed and its taste will be a pleasant addition. We form the balls as follows - scoop out the dough with a teaspoon, put the almonds in the center, add the cream base on top again and roll the cake in coconut flakes. We spread the cakes "Raffaello" on a beautiful flat plate in one layer so that the balls do not stick together.
We will remove the finished cakes for half an hour in the refrigerator and set the table for a tea party!
