Cheese Shrimp


Ingredients for Making Cheese Shrimp

  1. Cheese "Russian" 500 grams;
  2. Shrimps (boiled, 10 pieces, larger for decoration, the rest in salad) only 500 grams;
  3. Garlic 3-4 cloves;
  4. Chicken (boiled) egg 3 pieces;
  5. Olives (10-15 pieces) optional;
  6. Mayonnaise (for dressing); taste
  7. Normal water (for boiling eggs and shrimp). taste

Cooking Cheese Shrimp:

Step 1: Cook and chop the shrimp.

Shrimps, keep in boiling water for 3-4 minutes (we cook seafood in a pan with salt water, which slightly covers them). We clean and cut the shrimp into 4-5 parts.

Step 2: Cook the eggs.

Hard boiled eggs (5-10 minutes) over medium heat. So that the shell does not crack, it is recommended to hold the eggs before cooking outside the refrigerator (so that they become room temperature) and add salt to the water.

Step 3: Peel the garlic.

Peel the garlic from the husk and film.

Step 4: Grind cheese, eggs, garlic.

On a fine grater three garlic and cheese. Eggs can be rubbed on a medium grater or chopped with a knife. Also add chopped into 4 parts olives (optional).

Step 5: Mix all the ingredients.

Mix (shrimp, cheese, eggs, garlic, olives), fill them with mayonnaise and put in a salad bowl.

Step 6: Serve the Cheese Shrimp.

Decorate the finished dish with shrimp. The advantage of this salad is its accessibility and ease of preparation. And at the same time, this is an exquisite dish that can decorate any table: from everyday to festive. Salad can be served with any wine drinks, for example: grog, mulled wine, gless, with all sorts of tea, with lemonades and juices. The dish on fresh lettuce looks spectacular. Enjoy your meal!
