Cooking a cake for the Beloved:
Step 1: Knead the dough.In an enameled metal bowl, break the eggs, add sugar to them and beat with a mixer until a homogeneous consistency. Then add honey to the eggs and beat again. We put a bowl in a water bath - for this we put a bowl in a pan of a larger diameter, filled with water, and put this design on low heat. At the same time, make sure that the water does not boil. Continuing to beat, we introduce a baking powder and soda into the mixture. Beat until the mixture is doubled. Then remove the bowl from the water bath and leave to cool. Across 30-40 minutes add flour sifted through a sieve to the mixture. Mix the dough thoroughly until a smooth, lump-free consistency is obtained. Put the finished dough in a bowl, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours it is possible and more. During this time, the dough should come up, become more loose and soft, which simplifies further cooking.

Step 5: Decorate the cake with mastic.For decoration, we prepare mastic from condensed milk. We mix powdered sugar with powdered milk, add condensed milk and lemon juice to them. Knead the mastic to a homogeneous consistency. Keep track of the consistency - it should be thick enough, for this you may need a little more dry ingredients, it depends on the density of the condensed milk. Separate from the finished mastic 1/8 part - we will not mix it with dye, it will be white. The rest of the mastic is painted with the help of food dye in scarlet color. Roll the red mastic into a thick rolling pin 3-5 mm. We gently cover the cake with this layer: first we put the mastic on one side, and then gently roll it all over the cake. We smooth the mastic on the cake so that there are no folds and irregularities, cut off the excess mastic with a knife. Roll the white mastic into a thick rolling pin 2 mm and cut flowers out of it with the help of plows - special molds. If there are no molds, you can carefully cut the flowers by hand with a knife. Now show imagination and decorate the cake. The inscriptions and rims can be made from icing (for this we beat egg white with powdered sugar). We arrange flowers and inscriptions to your liking.
