Cooking cheesecakes with meat:

Step 1: Let's start kneading the dough.

In a small container, you can dilute the yeast with sugar and 5 tablespoons of warm water in a glass. Pour the flour into a deep plate and add salt, kefir, protein and oil. After the yeast is wet, stir the mixture and pour into flour. We mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps, not stirred meka. As soon as we finish this process, put the dough aside, preferably in a warm place, so that it rises well.

Step 2: Getting Started

The filling will be meaty, tasty. To do this, we need to cut the onion into cubes and fry in oil until golden brown. Then we take our fatty bacon and also the cubes mode and toss it to the onion, stirring occasionally. The chicken will also have to be cut into cubes so that it does not stand out from us, then put it in the pan. Fry until cooked. As soon as the split pan was removed, we throw the cream cheese into the filling and mix well.

Step 3: Roll out the dough.

Roll out the dough in a big circle. Do not make the layer too thin, because it will not be possible to make houses for the filling later. We cut out a circle with a glass and you get such a figure, shown in the picture above. I got 25 pieces. We roll the remaining dough into a thick rope and twist over the circles. We leave our blanks warm for half an hour. After the appointed time, grease with a dressing, which includes: yolk and 1 tablespoon of milk.

Step 4: Spread the filling.

Take a small spoon and put the filling in the house. Then we send to the oven for 20 minutes, at a temperature of 200ºС.

Step 5: Serve.

Recipe Tips:

- - If you don’t have bacon on hand, I can advise you to replace it with a sausage, a doctor’s or a canteen, and it’ll work out well.

- - Before you fill the cheesecakes into the oven, thoroughly heat it.

- - You can take kefir not purchased, but homemade. Buy a bottle of fresh milk and hold it until it turns sour. And you get homemade kefir.
