Cooking sweet borsch:
Step 1: boil the prunes.The highlight of our dish is prunes, which will betray not only sweets, but a pleasant aroma and taste. Wash the prunes thoroughly (you can soar about) then boil (5-10m.) until the floor is ready.
Step 2: dressing with borsch.Starting to cook our delicious borsch, we thoroughly clean our vegetables. Cut the carrots and beets into strips and simmer in a pan, add the onion and bring it to a golden appearance, add the tomato at the end. Our seasoning for borsch is ready.
Step 3: cook the borsch.We set the water to about (1.5 liters), bring to a boil, then we begin to combine our ingredients. First, put the fried beets, carrots with onions, peeled potatoes, chopped cabbage, boil everything (10-20 m.). After we add the prunes (boiled in advance), and add the water in which it was boiled (1.2-1.5 liters). At the end of this step, do not forget to add lemon juice.
Step 4: add and serve.We bring everything to a boil, salt, add a little sugar (1-2 tsp), cook another (10-15 m.) Over low heat. When our borsch is ready, season it with onions, pepper, cut an egg pre-cooked into a steep one. Pour borsch in deep plates, season with sour cream. When scattered on plates, you can decorate with greens (for example, parsley). Some people prefer to cut an egg already when the borsch is scattered on plates.
