Ingredients for Cooking Potatoes with Beans

Cooking Potatoes with Beans:

Step 1: preparation.

Take a glass of beans and boil it. In principle, any light dark and even leguminous will do. If the string beans, then take it 200-250 grams. Pour in pre-prepared dishes grams of 700-800 water and cook. Regular beans are boiled for two hours, leguminous, respectively, 30-40 minutes. Much depends on which beans you prefer.

Step 2: boil the potatoes.

Carefully wash the potatoes, then peel and cut them into cubes (medium size). Pour it into the pan, fill in with about a liter of water and boil it. Then, if you wish, you can fry the potatoes. When everything is ready, we mix the boiled potatoes with beans.

Step 3: Cooking.

When everything is mixed, add sour cream, finely chopped onions (you can slightly fried), tomato puree, pepper and salt to taste. After all, mix thoroughly, and put in the oven or on a quiet fire, (you can use yushka, in which our ingredients were pre-boiled).

Step 4: prepare and serve.

We cook our dish for ten, fifteen minutes, from the moment of heating to the desired temperature, since all our main products are ready and they only need to absorb each other's taste. Due to the fact that our dish belongs to the category of hot dishes, we accordingly arrange it. Having laid it out on a plate, and in some cases on a dish, you can decorate it with greens, slices of citrus fruits (such as lemon), and of course put a spoonful of sour cream, which in turn will saturate our dish with taste. Such a delicious dish will suit any festive table and fill the everyday bustle of our life with colorful flowers. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- -If you have a strict diet you can not fry the ingredients, it will be enough to open them.

- -Cook the beans well if you do this, it will not inflate your stomach after you eat it.

- -You can change some ingredients as you wish, for example, you can use a string bean to place ordinary beans.
