Step 2: Cook the omelet.

For him, first of all, finely chop the tomato, ham and mushrooms and fry it all in vegetable oil. If mushrooms are stressful, other noble ones, such as expensive ones gathered in the nearest forest, will do. While all this is fried, beat the egg with mayonnaise and the resulting mixture, pour in what we have in the pan. Then her into the oven. The temperature in it is recommended at 220 degrees. It’s not worth baking for a long time, about ten minutes.

Step 3: making rolls.

For each half of the chicken we put half of the resulting omelet. It can be cut in half. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Just keep in mind, it is better to take cheese not too fat, 40-50 percent.
