Step 1: Cook the puff pastry.For the speed of cooking, dough can be bought. But there is one recipe that does not take much time and does not cause you trouble. To do this, mix the flour with baking powder (if it is not there, you can quench baking soda with lemon juice), sugar and salt. Add water and knead the dough until it becomes an elastic homogeneous mass. Now put it on a board or table and roll it up to 2 mm thick. Lubricate the dough with butter and fold in half, then straighten with your hands so that there are no large bubbles. And then the secret of making puff pastry speed: starting from one side, roll the dough into a roll and send from the freezer for at least 15 minutes. The last cooking step remained. Flatten the finished roll with your hands and roll. Puff pastry can be used.
Step 2: Cooking the Pie.Grate hard and soft cheese on a coarse grater. Roll out the dough up to 5 mm thick and cut into narrow strips. We spread the grated cheese and wrap in "sausages", pinching on top, so as not to break up. On a baking sheet, greased with oil, put our "sausages" in a circle, linking them together. You need to start from the center. Then grease with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees.
